I don't think SSL works for desktop either so not sure anything has been set up yet. Let's Encrypt would be a good option for the site.

Sorry about the trouble. I bought Positive SSL from Namecheap last night. However, I need a key for the certificate. Any idea?

Sorry, I have no clue about anything to do with SSL really. I always rely on LetsEncrypt so the host usually takes care of everything. Might be worthwhile to email NameCheap support

Problem has been fixed with my hosting support (not NameCheap). Anyway, they're the ones who work with keys.
